Hey. I've been doing a 3 day full body workout split. I alternate this with cardio classes and 2 rest days. Sometimes though it's not possible for me to stick to it rigidly. Is it OK to work same muscles 2 days in a row when this happens?

I do pull ups everyday well six days a week my back is ripped!! Look at a construction workers hammer arm they use it everyday and that forearm is bigger than the other one. Over training can happen yes but more for body builders or athletes that really push the limits. It really depend on your goals mine was to do 20 hanging pull ups. Piece of cake now0

Not exactly the same no. I pick 3 exercises per muscle per week and do one of them each workout.0

If you aren't killing that muscle in your workout every time then you should be fine. I do the same as Michael with pullups and pushups every day.0
