Hi everyone! I would really appreciate your input on my weight loss journey. I am 177cm/5ft10 and at the moment I weigh at 110kg/240lbs. It is the first time in my life that I am actually dieting, or to put it more correctly, learning to eat right portions, and making good choices. My heaviest weight a few years back was 145kg and I went down to 125 when I started to taking a pill for my hashimoto's thyroiditis without changing my diet. I was always a slightly chubby kid, but my weight skyrocketed 12 years ago. According to the doctor, I Have have an underactive thyroid for at least since I was 17 and was diagnosed at 29. He said that a good amount of weight I put on was because of my condition that was left untreated, plus the fact that I became depressed and started binge eating at one point. Since March I have managed to lose 15kg/33lbs at a fairly good rate. The last month has been a nightmare. I haven't managed to lose almost anything, maybe a pound; I was feelling pretty exausted so I thought it would be best to up a bit my calories and set the goal on loosing half a kg instead of 0.75 per week. And it didn't work... I went from loosing 0.75kg a week to nothing. I am very diligent to inputing what I eat. I never leave anything out, I weigh my food, and when I do the occasional excersise or when I walk etc I almost never put it in so that I don't get tempted to eat those calories. I always try to eat a small chocolaty snack every day, or every other day, so I won't binge eat it at the end of the week. I have to let you know though, that because of the very hot temperature 35-40 Celcious for over a month, I don't move as I would during the winter, and I concume a huge amount of water, because of all the sweating. I do have an a/c but only use it for a couple of hours a day because, money! I have opened my diary so you could have a peak. I don't consume to many vegetables as I have trouble digesting anything green, and it leaves me with debilitating pain for a good 6 hours. Mostly tomatoes/cucambers and legumes to get my fiber ( which overall is pretty low).

Any thoughts on what I am doing wrong?
