A few questions.

Hey everyone! I apologize in advance if this post is all over the place. I'm typing this while at work.

I have been on this weight loss journey since June of last year. I'm down 77lbs. From 309lbs to now (approx.) 232lbs mainly from cutting back and going to the gym.

The last few months I have been kinda slack on my diet and have only maintained. Saturday, I started a new "meal plan" for myself really focusing on the macros for the first time and was wondering if I was getting enough calories or not. I have put in 1900 calories as my goal with 45% Protein, 25% carbs, and 30% fat. Since Saturday, I'm ranging from 1300-1550 in calories intake. Is that enough for a guy that's my weight? I go to the gym 3-4 times a week.

Also, my only real issues so far as keeping under my carb and sodium limits. My carbs aren't far off from goal as I'm really trying to watch those, what are some good low carb foods that you guys suggest?

As far as sodium goes, that's not so close, I'm WAY over everyday (500-1000mg OVER per day). I have tried looking for low sodium foods, but they seem to be far and few between. Any suggestions there would be great.
