One day at a time!

That's the same question I asked myself when I became determined to lose weight. Not just because of my persona satisfaction but because of my health. However, every time I stepped into a gym I freak out!!! Not knowing where to start because so frustrating to me.
In addition, I research some machine and look up their fiction. For example, how to use a machine to work out your biceps, your abs, your back, your core etc.
since then, I also ran for 3 miles every other day (not when I worked on leg day in order to let your legs rest) and swim every other day (if I am not running). When working on cardio I did 30 minutes of upper body, abs, or lower body. Meaning, if I am doing upper body I won't be doing abs or lower body; visa versa.
