I wanted to share a a funny quote i once read from a from a Dutch emeritus professor in nutrition from the university of Amsterdam.

"Ask someone what healthy food is and 99 of the 100 people will give you a clear and powerful answer. The one who doesn't know is a nutrition scientist"
