Hi everyone. Today my sister asked if i wanted to get some lunch and we came across this japanese resturaunt. My sister order this thing called brick toast? And the both of us shared and i feel super guilty for eating it. Does anyone know the calories in this? I am sure it was a lot....it was basically this big bread square toast with icecream berries and berry juice on top. If i could post a picture of it i would...but i am not sure how. Was wondering if anyone knew about how many calories, fat, sugar, might this range around? I ate like half of it....if you google japanese brick toast it will pop up. Thanks

I did not know what it was.. so I did the famous google and found a recipe and pictures... Oh boy does it look as good as it sounds.. I would have to run this through the recipe builder to find out the calories.. of course I would not know the actual real ingredients used, a good estimate could be found out..
