End Plateau

I've been stuck in a plateau after losing 11 pounds. I'm now looking to change up/add to my workout routine. Any advice? I've been looking into HIIT and crossfit classes. Anyone have experience with these programs? All advice is appreciated.

    Three things.

    1. Make sure your caloric intake is correct for your weight loss goal. IE: 1 lb. per week loss.
    2. Make sure you are not eating more calories than you really are. Are you tracking your calories accurately?
    3. Be consistent with your exercise. Consistency is the key.
