Looking to gain weight and muscle

    To gain muscle, repeatedly lift & set down heavy objects.
    To gain weight, eat more calories than you burn.
    To be healthy, choose those calories from among a wide variety of foods.

    This summer, when it's been so hot, I've enjoyed making a breakfast shake
    from frozen fruit (instead of ice cream), eggs, & skim milk.
    (Hint: do the milk & eggs first, add frozen fruit last.)
    With bananas, I usually add peanut butter.
    No particular recipes, just whatever sounds good & is on hand.

    You can make smoothies as high or low calorie as you like. This ones my fave, use whatever measurements you like.

    Chocolate / peanut butter casein
    Avocado
    Banana
    Peanut butter
    coconut oil
    heavy cream
    A sachet of instant oats
    chia seeds
    whole raw egg
    vanilla full fat yogurt
    Full cream milk

    I also add spinach, but obviously it won't help for weight gain.
