Anyone struggle with muscle tone loss after major surgery?? I'm struggling to finish leaning out this last 15 pounds while continuing to tone. It seems so much harder than before surgery.

Surgery does a number on the body. I've had a few good ones in the abs. Patience is key with the proper lifting regime. As far as losing weight, that is entirely your caloric intake nothing to do with surgery. Last pounds are difficult.1

Trying to stay patient. It's been frustrating. But finally after 6 weeks of consistently lifting I'm finally seeing small results. It's been a struggle to start all over with lifting aaaaaaaand keeping my macros in check.1

Good to hear:).
Sometimes switching to maintenance for 2-7 days when energy is depleted can help.1
