Hello guys! 
Im a pcos suffer and struggle with weight loss...I refuse to give up! Im determined to reach my goal. Im all for support and encouragement....what are y'all health goals? And is there any pcos suffers such as myself that have succeeded in weight loss if so what are your tips in achieving your goal?

I'm jumping back into this - worked out this morning, wearing my FitBit, using MFP. I am tired of being overweight and feeling crappy.1
