30 pounds lost in 5 weeks on ketogenic diet then i switched to carb nite solution by jon keifer and i put on a lot of lean mass and made huge improvements in weight at the gym and also infinite stamina on the soccer field without practicing cardio at all!! Im now a full booked personal trainer in dallas, has anyone else attempted carb nite?

Sorry brah, you can't market here.
P.S. Hire someone to write better copy for you if that's what you're working with.3 -
Lol i have no affiliation with the website other than i was able to see a lot of progress here and i thought it was something people would be interested in if they had similar issues with the flawed approach of 6 meals a day and flavorless food all day. Eventually falling off the wagon and gaining weight back0

Also if you go on a ketogenic diet followed by a high carb diet you will rapidly replete glycogen and gain water weight. Body fat tests will tend to report this as lean mass since it's by definition, not fat.1

Yea ive been on carb nite since june. I have been doing two carb nites a week for the past 5 weeks, because i wasnt comfortable going below 165lbs at 5'7. I documented everything and i was really fat just a few months ago, if its not something you want to pursue and u have something else working then thats great. I was just trying to reach people who may be struggling like i was. Thanks for the input though.0
