Hi I'm a mum of 3 and a comfort eater I know it not a good thing and I'm trying to change it and lose the weight I need to lose 6 st to get to a healthy weight. So I've got a long way to go. I'm hoping I can manage it this time as I have tried to in the past but struggle to stick to it. I'm hoping I can do it this time because this weight is making me ill.

Hey hon, my story is similar to yours, I am a mum of 2 and also turn to food as a comfort. It is a hard habit to break and I wish I could tell you it is easy. I am just taking it one day at a time, trying to stick to my calorie allowance whilst still having the odd treat. I have an underactive thyroid too which doesn't help. My main problem is lack of motivation for exercise, by the time the children are in bed the last thing I want to do is head to the gym! But, i'm trying.
