Controlling Exercise Food Binging

I have set myself A 1500 calorie tartget and a 10k step daily target.
Morning and afternoons, I am great, 200-300 breakfast, 200-300 lunch then I leave myself the rest for dinner and a treat if any left.

The issue I have is I try to finish my 10k target when I get home after work which usually involves an hour walk, I have a quick snack and a bottle of water and I feel great.
When I get back, I feel hungry but not starving but the second I put food to my lips, all I want to do is eat - today has been the worst as I actually feel cramp because I feel so hungry.
I used to have the same issue when I went to gym after work!
I try to rule out thirst by drinking plenty of water when I get in but its never the case.

On normal days when I've not went for my walk, I am absolutely fine.

Could anyone suggest anything to maybe curb the hunger or meal ideas to satisfy these - I thought I was doing well having a chicken wrap on wholemeal tortilla with lettuce and a bit of sauce which I thought would be enough protein to keep me full, but half a bag of Lidl Prawn Crackers and a jar of Mussels and I still feel peckish

Of course you're hungry after 600 cals all day and an hours walk...

Skip the snack and eat the 900 cals you have left for your tea.

if you have your fitbit synced to your MFP account, it should increase your calorie goal for the day to account for the added exercise. You're supposed to eat more after you work out. Hate to admit it but a big reason I spend so much time at the gym is so I can eat more and still lose weight.
