Been away for 2 weeks.

So I've been away for 2 weeks, and just let myself enjoy it by generally eating freely. Went back to the gym the other day and don't feel as strong, however don't feel too bad from 2 weeks out.
I was doing quite well before I went away, but now I'm finding really hard to get back into the routine. Any tips or suggestions why? Some parts of the day I feel motivated and ready to do whatever it takes, the next I'll think ''Ah F@!k it I'll eat this'' and my workouts are generally half hearted.

Your body loses fitness after about 10-12 days away from an activity.
Loss of motivation happens from time to time. You have a few choices, really. You can make the conscious effort to commit yourself, you can continue on in a half-hearted manner, or perhaps decide to give yourself a small break at maintenance until you're ready to re-commit.0
