Just started - I'm 47 and want to lose 60+ lbs. I'm a boredom and stress eater. Just became an empty-nester so this will be tough. First goal is to make it thru the first month and lose 5 lbs. Goal 2 is 25 lbs by end of 2016. Would love for my kids to come home at break and see a difference!! I have no will power so it's hard for me to say no to sweets and bread - O how I love bread! Using a FitBit and MFP along with writing everything down in a journal. Hoping to find a way to stay on track. Plan to get 25-30 min workout in 5 days a week also.

    I'm a Survivor and a Fighter
38 years old and just underwent a bi lateral mastectomy on 8/5 but before that and while out I was eating and since being eating like there's no tomorrow. I need to take control and loose some weight. Before I begin chemo and all I want to start eating healthier and better now
