I want something new! I'm currently doing T25 daily and a little coffey-meyer kettlebell workouts. Sometimes I just want a relaxing workout. Is the DDP yoga good for "non athletic" people as they advertise? For reference, I still have to modify T25 but I do it.

Try it! You will never know until then. Right?

I love DDP yoga. It certainly has helped with flexibility and soothes sore muscles.

    I agree...try it! You'll never know if you don't.

My husband tried DDP Yoga a while back and found it challenging but doable. For reference, he's a lifting/running type of guy and had never done a yoga routine in his life.

I, on the other hand, have done a lot of more classic-style yoga over the years and the DDP routine was probably the most beginner-friendly yoga routine I've ever seen. My only real criticism of it is that Diamond Dallas Page has a tendency to talk a lot more than he really needs to, and invented brand new names for moves that have been around forever and had their own names already. So just be aware that if you transition to a different type of yoga at any point, you might be confused when things seem to be called something else entirely.

But that aside, my opinion is that if yoga's something you want to try and you're worried it's going to be beyond what your flexibility and such allows, DDP Yoga is probably the perfect place for you to start.
