Im in work and every time I stretched to do something part of my shirt came out of my trousers, this kept happening through out the day which was getting really annoying, but every time I tucked my shirt back in I could fit my hand down the waist of my trouser. What I've realised it kept coming out because my trouser are no longer tight around my waist enabling my shirt to free itself easily.
