82lb weightloss

The first time my doctor ever mentioned being concerned about my weight I was nine years old, I had always been a skinny girl but suddenly was too big for any of my clothes
Everyone, from doctors to family, said it was "a phase that all kids go through". By age thirteen, I was medically classified as obese. I spent my days sitting at home reading, eatinf pizza, and drinking soda. I refused to eat anything but fastfoods, and went years without touching a home made meal. By17, I was 210lbs and a size 16 in jeans. I hadnt been too effected by my weight gain until then, honestly. Except for being classified as obese, I had no other health complications. Im not sure what exactly it was, but one day I woke up and decided enough was enough. I started easy, cutting out soda and agreeing to start eating from home instead of getting fast food. I started to walk, everyday. A few times around the block at first, and then up to five miles a day, and in summer heat too. I picked up a hobbie, and started skateboarding. For fun at first, and then as a way to excercize. Id skate for atleast two hours a day, uphill, downhill, it didnt matter. I didnt even keep track of my weightloss at first, I just noticed my clothes kept getting bigger and bigger and the next time I stepped on the scale, I weighed 128lbs. From June 2014, to June 2015 I went from a size 16, to a size 3.
