Walking challenge

I've just started walking today after giving up smoking, it's been 3 months and had enough to of snacking on rubbish, so healthy eating from now on and the start of a new me. I starting this morning with 4.3km walk and going to increase my steps daily. I really enjoyed it. Feeling focused !!

    Congratulations on quitting! Walking is so under rated as exercise, you will find the longer you do it the easier it will become and you can speed up :)
