Two or three times a week, usually.0

Every day. I'm doing what my slim friends do. .i.e exercising a moderate obsession.4
-
Daily. Graphs with many data points makes my mouth water.8
-
every morning.0

Daily, first thing in the morning after using the toilet and before eating or drinking anything. I track it on Libra to watch the trend.0
-
Every morning. I started doing this for medical reasons and have continued as I know I can put weight on very quickly if I lose focus. This seems to be working for me.4

I have an "official" weigh in day, but I'll get on the scale 3-4 times a week to see how I'm doing.

same here... power to the nerds LOL6 -
I don't do it regularly, it usually when I feel I lost weight or feel fat.0

Every morning, after going to the bathroom, before eating or drinking. Step on the scale, enter the number into my phone, I'm done in a minute or two. I have a graph stretching back more than a year.
Obviously I don't bring my scale on vacation.4 -
Daily in order to view trends. Trends are so much more valuable then weekly check ins that can fluctuate quite a bit due to water retention and many more things. For instance my current goal is to gain between 1-2 lbs in a month. Using weekly weigh ins that would be almost impossible to monitor. Just between last week and this week I "lost 2 lbs" if I only look at the numbers from today and last wednesday. What my trend tells me is that I am gaining 0.4 lbs/week which is exactly on track for me. So if I went by weekly weigh ins I might be inclined to eat more due to my "weight loss" but because I follow trends I know no adjustment is necessary. Trendweight.com is an excellent way to track weight.1

Every freaking morning... vacations/holidays, when I went back to work, and my birthday are very obvious on the graph...

Wake, pee, weigh. Every day. I track in libra.0
-
pretty much everyday right before I jump in the shower...it's part of the daily routine.0

I see my doctor every 6-8 weeks for other stuff, so thats when I get weighed. i dont own a bathroom scale (but I sure as heck own a kitchen one and use it religiously!)1

I'm one of the odd ones out here. I weigh weekly. Daily weighing has too many variables for me - plus .2 lb loss just doesn't motivate me. I've lost well over 100 lbs with weekly weigh-ins.1

every day, log daily in Happy Scale, log new lows in MFP. This helps me see my body's natural fluctuations. I plan to keep doing this after I reach maintenance because I think it will help keep me on track.0

Weekly. more than that and I start getting kind of crazy. lol2
-
Every morning. I have a Aria Fitbit scale, and it automatically syncs to MFP & trendweight.com.0
-
daily and log a weekly average in MyFitnessPal.0
-
Daily. But I only count and input my lowest weight of the month. I'll input more than one weight if I fall in weight more than once that month. This way I'm less scared of time of the month and sodium fluctuations.0

Once a week. If I change my calorie intake, I'll do so once a day for a period of time, then go back to once a week.0
-
I weigh every morning. It keeps me grounded to know my bodies fluctuations and just how quickly weight can be put on.

My official weigh in day is the 18th when I'm at my dr apt. I do weigh in daily at home but don't count any weight loss until I see it my drs scale.0
-
Once a week is plenty for me. I'm not quite the numbers/stats nerd that others are I guess haha.0
-
Daily. Right after I get up and right before bed, always. Occasionally through the day if I'm curious. Patterns are interesting! I've noticed I tend to be heaviest in the evening. Makes sense to me; after sleep it's been hours since I last ate!1
-
I started weighing every day to look for patterns, but I have an official weigh day once a week and I measure myself weekly as well.0
-
When I first started my diet I weighed myself every day to follow the patterns however now I just do it 2-3 times a week.0
