Looking to Lose 35 lbs.

Hi everyone. I'm new here and looking to lose 35 lbs. Is there anyone else looking to lose around 35-45 lbs? Maybe we can motivate each other and get through this together

My name is Jen and I'm fairly active. I have 3 wonderful children and would love to have more energy to keep up with them. I would also love to connect with others in the same boat as me

Hope to hear from you soon. Have a great day!!

I get a lot of hate for this comment so sorry about anything that comes after this. I'm just saying this because it works for me, you don't have to try it and nobody else has to agree with me. But personally, I've found veganism, specifically high carb low fat, to work best for me, if you ever wanted to try it.

Veganism isn't a weight loss plan, it is an ethical way of life.

People are upset because you have been spamming the boards with vegan posts the past two days.

What does being vegan have to do with weight loss? This OP didn't say she wanted to stop eating meat products for ethical reasons. She asked about weight loss. Just because someone is vegan does not automatically mean they'll lose weight. I haven't eaten meat or animal products for over 36 yrs. I still gained weight. So maybe before you just run into threads talking about your vegan lifestyle, maybe make sure it applies to the OP. I get that your young and overly excited about being vegan but veganism is not the cure all end all for everything. You might be better off on a vegan only group or website.
