I am looking for MFP friends who live in the area to help keep us both more motivated and keep us more accountable also. I am going to start my fitness journey again. This time I will love some friends who is also on the same journey to relate to.
I am going to start traink for a 5k. do some beach body dvds along with some cathe friedrich dvds. And yes not leaving out the weight tranining.
