Friends

Hi all, a few weeks ago I discovered these boards after being a casual MFP user for years, I started looking through some success stories and was really spurred on. I fully committed to using the app and am now on day 20, for the most part I have found it easy, I lost 9lbs in my first two weeks and then stepped on the scale this morning to discover I had put 2 back on.

I know this is normal, and my week has been a bit iffy, with the exception of one day I have been within calories but perhaps not eating the best things, so I'm not too disheartened. Yesterday was the first time I did something other than walking in the way of exercise so I'm hoping the soreness in my muscles today is to blame!

I have noticed though that I have lost some of my initial enthusiasm so what I'm hoping for is a few friends, perhaps like me who are just starting out, so we can spur each other on. I think if I can see other people exercising and coming within their calorie goals each day it might help me stay honest with myself!

Anyone who thinks they could benefit from the same please feel free to add me.

    Hi, I just started using this app but like most of the people, I too need something or someone to keep me motivated towards my weight loss.
