    girl i dont know how you do it i have been trying to lose weight but i dont fill like exercising i need lots of help because i just tell my self


    i will start tomorrow thats what i say every day please give me some tips

    I will say that mentality is everything. I don't take anything so seriously that I get discouraged if it doesn't plan out. You can run numbers over and over again, your body is going to take it in it's own time.

    I'll also say that I don't depend on exercise, it's just an extra when I can do it. I've really learned that loss is based on diet.
