Hey I am new here read an article about this app sounded good I have been trying to make changes for the past few weeks cut right back drinking plenty of water and it has been working I don't know how much actual weight I have lost but I do know I feel much better and my clothes feel more comfortable I find weighing myself can throw me off track if I focus to much on a number I have 3 goals 1. get my health and well being and body back 2. loose 25 lbs by next April so I can start shopping for a dress for my daughters wedding 3. Loose as much as healthfully possible by Oct 22 her stag n doe . My goals are simple and I am taking it slow n steady it took time to gain this weight it I will learn to be patient while losing it My profile picture is about 4 years old I thought I had weight issues then I would be pleased with that weight now as now I am about 30 - 40 lbs heavier
