How long it takes you to reach your goal will depend on your consistency and intensity. Focus on establishing healthy and appropriate eating and intense exercise habits. After that, it just takes time and consistency. I've had the best success when I am doing lots of resistance work, so that is something I would recommend also. Just be sure to keep the pacing up.1
