Weight loss help

Looking to get 10%bf.

Stats:
Bf% around 14/15.
Skinny build
6ft
Lean mass 44%

Looking to get to 10% recommended kcals around 2850.
How long will it take and any help with regards to fitness regime and diet thanks

    How long it takes you to reach your goal will depend on your consistency and intensity. Focus on establishing healthy and appropriate eating and intense exercise habits. After that, it just takes time and consistency. I've had the best success when I am doing lots of resistance work, so that is something I would recommend also. Just be sure to keep the pacing up.
