What supplements do you take, if any?

There's only so much balanced eating that we can accomplish. Throw in long commutes, busy work days, thin wallets and stress and well...you might need to fill the nutritional gaps a little.

I'm only taking 50,000IU of Vitamin D per week, prescribed by my Doctor. However I think I need to add a few more things in to my supplementing to make up for my spotty diet. I'm currently considering a vitamin B complex daily and an Omega oil blend.

How about you? What do you take and why? How?

    GNC Women's ultra mega vitamins.
    Potassium because the meds Im on uses my potassium.
    Zinc for immune
    Cranberry because well Im female and UTI stink!

    I take the Ultra Mega because Im pescatarian and those make up my B vitamins. Good luck!
