Anyone own it? Opinions?

Any other cheaper alternatives?

The cheaper fitbit unless you really need GPS and unreliable heart rate monitoring.

If you want to wear it the flex is fine, zip is for pocket. The charge/charge HR are okay for the price but the HRM function of anything on your wrist isn't to be taken as gospel.

For what it's worth I have the HR and I only look at the steps and use the neat button on the side to time my runs. It's kind of nice that it "detects" more physical exertion and gives you a suggested calorie burn read out even if you didn't start an exercise session, but I don't really trust those numbers.
