Any tips to stop my thighs from rubbing?

So I'm quite overweight at the moment so I'm just starting with walking. My thighs have started to rub after a mile or so, any tips to avoid this?

Spandex under your shorts. Works like a charm.

I did think about spandex but wasn't sure if I would get it in my size.

You could also use Body glide. I am not a fan of it, but know lots of people that swear by it. I am not overweight and my thighs still rub together! This curvy girl will never have a thigh gap!!!!

They make spandex shorts long enough to prevent chaffing In waist sizes that Wil fit nfl lineman. Look at Nile Pro, Under Armour, etc.

Spandex shorts or body glide. Both work well. Good luck!

Deodorant works fine for me. I told my husband... it worked for him too. Plus you probably already own it. Give it a try at least.

I used to wear tight shorts on underneath and that helped a lot.
