I don't believe that those names're funny, they're undignified & thus disrespectful. Sort of like when an animal shelter named a couple of rescued kittens, that were spray painted blue and the other green; Smurf (blue) & Shrek (green). It'd be fine to name an animal Smurf or Shrek, if it was because of liking those characters but not to glorify animal abuse. We all deserve to have our dignities preserved, regardless if we're human beings or an animal!

I know a dog named Spaghetti.
He has both spaghetti drool and likes eating spaghetti.
That's not why they named him that. They just liked the name.

I saw a big fluffly cat once, it had on a hand knit sweater...the sweater was tight on its body and the fur just stuck out everywhere, and it had GREG knitted in the sweater...I don't know why but I thought that was the funniest ever.

My daughters' Jersey Wooly. They named him Fluffy Sprinkles.
Because he's fluffy.....and he makes "sprinkles".

My aunt had a cat named "Balls", because, well. He had big ones. I can't believe I'm sharing this.

Also, my former co-workers cat is named Larry. Always struck me as odd.. Cats with those types of names crack me up.

My cats name is Meowth. Y'know. From Pokémon.

My cat's name is Ricky. Not really funny. If I ever get another cat, I'll name him Meg, just so I can tell him to shut up.
