Over half way there and stuck for over 3 months

Thanks for reading.

I havd lost 44 lbs with MFP. I have about 25 lbs left to go. Ive been in a plateau for over 3 months.
I have become an avid logger. Exercise 4 days per week and hike on weekends. No late night eating. Drinking my 2.2 litres. Weighing my foods. Watching my sodium intake closely. Experimented by weighing twice daily to see if I could crack the mystery that way and no go. I understand fluctuations, water retention, workouts and weight fluctuations. But Im obviously missing something if no budge for 3 months now. I also measure.
Ive been patient with the scale block but no matter how hard I push, I cant get through. Any tips? Suggestions? Anything?

What is your current calorie goal? If it's not 1200, when is the last time you made sure it was updated?

So I have been at 1200 for about 1 1/2 months and literally lost nothing. Ive since bumped back up to 1600 but eat more like 1400. I did fib about my activity level to get the 1200 cals. Ive been back to 1600 for about a week now.

I took a look at your diary. You said you weigh all of your food, but at a glance it doesn't look that way. Every time you eat Veggie Straws, they're logged as 38 pieces. Do you actually weigh out a perfect portion every time? What about the Trader Joe's Sunflower Seed Butter? You always have 2 tbsp or 0.5 tbsp; are you weighing that out to the right amount in grams every time? What about your cheese? Your bananas are always 90 calories. Your measurements for foods are nearly identical every day.

Go back and recheck everything: your activity level, weight loss goal, weight etc. You may need to change your weight loss goal to .5-1 lb per week if it's currently higher. You should readjust your calories every 10 lbs you lose. Are you eating back your exercise calories? If so, reduce it to about 25% and see what happens.

I got stuck at 200lbs for about two months before I crossed the threshold into onederland. I was confused, but kept logging and walking. It happened.

Sounds like you are doing everything correct to me. I am interested in what the recommendations will be. Good luck! Great loss!

Try increasing the intensity of your exercise-do some high intensity work, or speed work or work out longer

Try cutting your sodium further-it's still quite high

add more veggies to your diet-real veggies -like broccoli rather than veggie stix

keep logging and exercising and weight loss will happen again

Meanwhile take your measurements and track these as well.

Looking at your food log, your protein too low, calories too low (especially for all the activity you are doing) and your sugars are a little high. If you'd like more detailed help, feel free to message me.

Yeh having calories low isn't going to stop you losing weight infact none of this will stop you losing weight, only eating more calories than you burn will stop you losing weight. I agree with @Maxematics looking at your diary there are foods that looks like you don't weight them, like packs of foods and tbsp of foods.
