Crock Pot Japanese Onion Soup

If youve ever been to Benihanas or another japanese hibatchi restaurant, they serve this soup as a starter before your meal and ive always been IN LOVE WITH IT. Ive wanted to learn how to make it for ages and I did! Honestly one of the easiest things ive ever made too and very low cal, im taking my leftovers to use as a broth for ramen as well.

**Also I subbed the chicken broth for vegetable is good, but I know from asking a server at Benihanas that the original soup is a mix of chicken broth and beef broth, equal parts.
