help
i work in a supermarket and i walk for 4 hrs per night, when i work out calories it is 1254 earnt or burnt off,but i am only on 1300 per day,and if i put it in as exercise i get a warning come up on my food page, so i cant add my gym time as well or am i doing something wrong

My job is active like yours is, so our days are just your activity level. Any type of workout you do is what you should log. Do you have your setting set to active on MFP? That helps to determine your calorie level based on your weight loss goal.0

I'm a little confused by your post.
Are the 1254 calories from your walking at work? If so, I wouldn't be logging that. Things like your work should be accounted for in the activity level you choose when you set up your calorie goal on MFP.
If it is for gym time, what are you doing and for how long? That is a pretty high calorie burn.1 -
your activity from work should be included in your activity level, and not as exercise.
ignore the calories the fitbit or whatever youre using gives you.0 -
