absolutely, if you burn more calories during those walks and all day than you eat. VERY doable!!!

1200 is tough even for us older petite women. If you have your weekly goal set to over 1 lbs a week you may be better dropping it to .5-1 lbs to give yourself more calories to begin with.
Make your protein goal your minimum. As we age we need protein to help with muscle retention.

    Cheers, h.

With only 25 pounds to lose you shouldn't be trying to lose more than 1 pound per week. Set MFP to that rate and it will tell you how many calories you can eat to lose at that rate.

Maybe MFP shouldn't give you the option of how many pounds a week you want to lose if 2 pounds is too much, instead MFP should see what you weigh and your goal weight then work it out for you so everyone doesn't keep making the mistake of losing too much a week.

Make sure you are using a food scale for logging accuracy.
