Progress so far pictures

Thought I'd put a progress pic on for now. Took a selfie the other day to compare to one of my old picture. My god the difference. Can't wait to hit the target and post all the differences!

My goal weight is 9 stone and I still have some way to go, but I notice a tremendous difference already. Not only in looks, but also in how I feel. I just wanted to post to encourage others going on their weight loss journey. Weight loss is never a straight path. Sometimes you will fall and you have to get back up.

Anyone else that wants to post their current progress? If you lost quite a bit of weight already, it does not hurt to just take a picture you like and have a look at where you've come from! :) Even if you still have excess fat like me, just look at where you come from and how well you are doing! Curious to see some pictures from others showing their current progress!
