Mental focus

Hello everyone, just wanted to share some thoughts. Dieting is all about calories control and exercise, but more importantly its about the mental shifts we make. We have to be ready in our minds and emotions to take control of what we eat and truly be committed to being on this journey. I let my focus slip for the last 12 months and through mindless eating gained back the 25 of the 30 I lost with MFP. Logging and accountability are the number one keys to success. I wish everyone strength in their journeys to health and happiness. I'm back on track.

    OK. I eat better food on this journey. I comprehend how easy it would be to slip back into old habits and clothes if I resumed eating the foods I had been accustomed to.
