Meal replacement shake

Hey there. So let me say this, I'm trying to lose weight. Who isn't lol. I don't eat a whole lot anymore. I really don't have any interest in food anymore, I maybe eat once a day only because I know that I have to. It's really weird so yeah. I know that my body needs vitamins and all this other good stuff but with not really eating in not getting that. I'm looking for a meal replacement shake pretty much for every meal. I know a lot of people are going to say *kitten* about that not being good and not good for long term and *kitten* but i need this until I gain interest in food again. So any help in this would be much appreciated.
Also I'd rather a shake that I can just simply mix with water and not milk. I'm not a big fan of milk. And I drink a lot of water so it's more convienient when I always have it on hand. Didn't mean this to be so long lol.

Three brands to look into: Naturade, Purely Inspired, and Genuine Health. I alternate between all three. They come in a powder that you can mix with very cold water. They are all high protein and gluten free. Genuine Health has no sugar, being sweetened with stevia, and contains amino acids. Purely Inspired is high in vitamins. Naturade has both vitamins and amino acids. I have one shake for breakfast each day but eat regular food the rest of the day. The best tasting meal replacement shake is Boost, but I no longer drink that one because it contains a lot of sugar and artificial crap.0

Honestly yeah I'd go with the first one, with not eating at all and only drinking the shakes. I work at night, usually like 5- whatever time, so if I'd be eating any decent meal it'd be lunch.

You are falling into the trap as "everybody" else - making food the enemy. Of course you fear food when you see yourself gaining weight, and dislike for something you perceive as a problem, is only natural - but cutting out food is not the answer. Meal replacements and diet food will only make you crave junk. Instead, eat better food. This means more nutritious food AND food you like. Log everything. Hit your (appropriately set) calorie goal every day. Lose weight until you reach goal weight. Maintain weight doing the same just with a slightly bigger food intake.0

This. On those meal plans, there's a reason they want you to eat at leat one meal a day. Your body needs food to digest, evem if it's a small meal. I'd suggest a visit to the doctor, and perhaps speaking with a counselor in regards to your thinking regarding food.0 -
I wouldn't worry about the meal replacement at this point and instead focus on working out the psychology of why this is happening to you with a trained professional.0
