Why won't my strength training calculate on my page? I can log what I do, but it does not count against my exercise. Am I adding it in wrong?
Thanks

I've noticed the same thing as I do strength training as well. Yet when I do cardio it seems to count towards the exercise... Would like to know the same too ???

Search for strength training under cardio to get a burn estimate

That's what I do. Not a ton of calories burned in the immediate logged sense, but a strength training is excellent in the long run.

It's in the FAQ. Nobody reads FAQs. They should just get rid of the feature, or give people 3 calories for each lift or something.

    LOL. That's almost how I calculate it for myself. Compound lifts = 1 Cal/rep. Isolation lifts = 1/2 Cal/rep.

It's all a guesstimate based on averages of particular parameters, anyway. When I track (or, was tracking) that worked pretty well for me.

Not to mention this gets asked every other day... use the search people and read the answer from the 5 million other threads asking this...
