In 2012 I needed a serious change. By 2014 I was down almost 80 lbs (from 240 to 162). I felt pretty good at that weight and for some reason just lost the motivation to get to my real goal of 140. So now here I am back at 178, and I am not a happy camper. I need to get back at it! Feel free to add me if you have a similar scenario.. Or just for support!

That's not too bad.. you can get that weight back down. You didn't let it get out of control. Welcome back.0

Well done for not going all the way back up! The first time I lost I went back up and over (oops!) and I recently got sidetracked (lazy) and gained 9lbs, losing weeks of progress. But that's behind me now, and within a few months your 178 will be a distant memory.1
