Hey everyone my name is Amber I live in Houston Texas! I've been on and off with my weight loss journey for about 2-3 years. I've been on MFP for that long! The most I've lost was 28ibs, but I've gained all of that back plus a few more pounds. Here recently I lost a childhood friend and it hit me hard.. he wanted me to loose weight, he wanted me to get healthy. I fell into depression and then one day bam.. it all came back to me, I'm not just going to do this for me but I'm doing it for him too!!! I'm looking forward to this journey. . Just need the right motivation and support! Feel free to add me, this temptation thing sucks but if y'all can do it so can I!!
