Hi all,
Im looking for a waist sweatband and am looking for recommendations. Has anyone found one they like? Curious about water weight loss and to keep my mind on my core and form when working out. I have a long torso and a size 6/8 and noticed that a lot of the bands run a bit large, probably made for men. I appreciate all suggestions!

If you want a temporary reshaping, I have gotten a 1.5 inch reduction by putting lotion on the midsection, wrapping in plastic wrap and an ace bandage, covered with a tight cami and go to sleep. In the morning, a smaller waist measurement. It's water, of course, so it comes back by the next day, but is a cheap quick fix if you need one.

Wrapping while working out will just splint your back and abs and they won't be able to work as well so it's kind of counter productive.

    to what end?
they aren't good for exercise because it causes you to move in a way that isn't natural and leaves you more prone to injury
they aren't particularly good for reduction either. I find that steel-boned corsets provide more support-even more so for overbust corset.
as a body shaper they are fine

If you want a super weak core go for it
