Hernia anyone

Hello... names Angela! I'm 31 and a mother of 2 awesome kiddos... a 13 year old son and 3 month old daughter. I'm new here, 4 days in so I figured I would start w small details of myself as well as ask if anyone here has or have had an abdominal wall hernia? I found out that I had the hernia a few months into my last pregnancy and now I'm waiting for my stomach muscles to heal due to a c-section. I'm dying to drop the extra lbs I have gained as well as tone up but all I know of to do for now is a healthier diet as well as walking. I love this app... makes keeping track a heck of alot easier w my busy schedule. God bless ya!

    I had that as a result of 2 c-sections...it's nothing in comparison to the c-sections....after a week, you'll feel good as new :)...I love this app too!
