Trying to gain weight.

Options
Over the past year I have lost about 30 pounds, due to stress and the job I had... I now weight 95 pounds, my goal weight is 130 pounds. The only issue .. Is that I'm the type of person, that when I'm full I'm done eating and can't make myself anymore... Any idea or suggestions to what I should do to put some weight back on?

I have a friend that is a Diabetic and is trying to gain weight. On line it says you have to eat more protein and fat.
Get on line an just put in foods I should eat to gain weight. I put in how does a diabetic gain weight and it gave me several articles to read. :)

Gaining weight is all about eating more calories than your body needs to maintain its current weight (eating more than your TDEE- total daily energy expenditure). The type of food has nothing to do with it unless you're talking higher calorie food. Have you set up my fitness pal yet? If not, set it up to gain weight and eat those calories. For weight gain, if you're not fond of eating volume (too much food), go for higher calorie foods such as full fat dairy, avocados, nuts, fats, higher fat meats, and stay away from diet anything. If you concentrate on higher calorie foods, you can technically eat less volume..you'll get more bang for your buck, so to speak.

There are also weight gainer protein shakes which are higher calorie than standard protein shakes.

Increase high calorie foods, increase meal frequency or add drinks. If you want to gain, you have to consistently eat above your maintenance level
