    I eat a little less all week so I can eat more on the weekend. Weekend fun is much more manageable.

    My eating doesn't change at all at the weekends. I still exercise and stay within my calories no problem.

    I'm usually a little more relaxed on the weekend but still staying within my calories. However, I've been tightening up on my logging so I have to stay on track.

    If you go to "Nutrition", you can set your view to weekly, and see how far over or under you are for the week in net calories.

    3500 calories under should mean you lose a pound. You can choose to go over or under this.
