I lack sleep.
I must lift.
Sleep must be replaced with legal stimulants.

The caveat, that makes it difficult... is I can not have a pre with creatine.
I'm sensitive to it, and get wicked sick if I don't take it with a large meal.

Everything I've looked through so far has at least 1500 mg..

My lifting session lasts about 45-60 minutes.

I only plan on using it once or twice a week, at max.

I prefer the stuff that gives a feeling of motivation, rather than bursts of energy.

Caffeine doesn't matter. I do about 800mg a day as it is.

i personally wouldn't lift with or without supplements if i didn't have adequate sleep and wasn't on point. Too much risk for injury. I'd solve the sleep issues before throwing around heavy things. sleep and being rested up is super super important.

    There's also recovery being lacking.

Yeah, I tend to agree. I don't do olympic stuff if I'm not feeling it. Almost fell asleep during bench the other day.

On the solving the sleep issue, I've kind of grown attached to my toddler, I mean, she's OK and stuff.

aaaah yes toddlers. well pick one or the other - you can have a personal life, or you can raise toddlers but usually not both.

I get 3 hours a week to myself to lift weights and I am damn grateful for it LOL
