Just re started after some health issues, and being nervous about trying weight loss, and better fitness again. But you can't change by sitting on your bum, eating bite size snickers. lol Which honestly I rarely do, but sitting around and being a hermit is slow way of killing yourself. Physically, and mentally. I'm struggling a bit with being a vegetarian, and trying to reduce carbs. Carbs, I think is my major issue, besides not enough exercise. If anyone has meal plans to follow, that involve my situation, pass that info on please. Happy Friday.
