Hello I'm 36 year old 5'3 182 pounds. I have my activity level set to sedentary I'm a stay at home mom..
It gave me the calorie goal of 1370 a day.. To effectively lose weight how many calories should I burn?? I normally try not to eat them back but will take advice if you have it....

If you eat the calorie goal given to you (and weigh your food and log accurately) you will lose weight with no exercise at all. If you exercise on top of that you are expected to eat at least some of those back- otherwise you risk ending up with too few NET calories.
Exercise is great for health and fitness, just do what you can fit in and what you enjoy, with the added bonus of getting to eat a bit more1
