Need some motivation!

So lately I haven't been doing so well with sticking to my goal. I've been tempted to eat more than I should. Although I lost 15 lbs already, I feel like I've basically given up. I need some motivation. I still have 50 lbs to go. Whenever I get cravings I usually use my rubber band to stop them. Any other ideas to get back on track?

Congrats on your 15! Many people find it helpful to prelog good for the day. Tosh way the have a plan they can stick to. Or take a walk!0
