Could you please advise, share receipes with these metrics? Preferably healthy wraps, sandwiches, easy cold lunches. Many thanks!

    One of my favourites is 4-6oz grilled chicken breast with 1/2 cup 4% milkfat cottage cheese and cherry tomatoes in a little separator box. Low carb, no need to heat, and awfully good. Sub chicken for 4oz flank steak is tasty too!
