I have been under my calorie goal since starting 3 weeks ago first week lost 5lb second week 0.8 this week gained 1lb I'm distraught as I have been strict and have been over my 10000 steps and exercising at the same time what am I doing wrong X

    weigh yourself at the same time each day and check your calories again. I weigh myself daily and when I see a change for the worse then I make an adjustment to my calorie count even if it is under my daily allottment

    Lemon ouch, I would definitely increase my water, more proteins and veggies(smaller portions but eating more often. I would not weigh myself daily as kayleemire suggested, that may be more distraught because you may have lost inches. Get a measure tape and measure you inches(weekly) that's GOLD! And maybe weigh yourself once a week and tweak from there. Also i would try not to eat after 8pm and get a good night rest. That's what I did to lose 27 in 30 days.
